Data collected

Through the contact form: name, company, email, phone, location, number of cars, message and any photos. This site uses no tracking cookies or analytics tools.

Purpose and legal basis

To answer your request and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual steps) and to manage business relations with client companies (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).

Retention

Data is kept as long as needed to handle the request and the business relationship, and no longer than 3 years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer (e.g. accounting).

Recipients

Technical hosting and email providers (Hostinger) processing data on our behalf. If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta's privacy policy also applies. We do not sell or share data with third parties.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing, by writing to office@pdrtechgroup.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority (ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz) or the authority in your country.
